About the BlackGDP Mission

It is a long established fact that the power of the collective black dollar of blacks in the United States massive yet not effective because it is not aggregated or aligned into a cohesive and comprehensive purpose.

As it stands today, the black dollar benefits other groups far more than it benefits the black community’s needs.

In light of the recent politically motivated changes to voting laws it will become more and more apparent how necessary the practice of group economics for black Americans to flex their financial muscle in response.

Our mission is to help Black businesses develop themselves and coalesce into a force that supports the growth and development of Black-centric infrastructure that will support the institutions that support black life (banks, thinktanks, food production facilities, etc.) through the practice of group economics.

Our most recent project is The Texas Black Business Directory where we have begun compiling a statewide list of black businesses for the public to patronize and support in phase one of that 5-story structure Dr. Anderson has spoken about in his speeches and writings.
